Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a great class to work off those daily stressors and burn some calories. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student this class is for anyone 16 yrs. or older . You don’t have to be a karate student to join Cardio Kickboxing. If your karate student is in the Black Belt enrollment program, Mom and Dad can take Cardio Kickboxing at no charge. Come join the fun!

In our Teen and Adult Personal Defense Class you will learn many important skills to protect yourself: Gun and knife scenarios, how to control an agressor,
de-escalation scenarios, throws, sweeps, level of force, robbery, and many more situations of self-defense and what to do about them. This is the class you need to prepare you for a real life street defense situation.
