Big Cat Rescue
Big Cat Rescue is the largest accredited
sanctuary in the world dedicated entirely to
abused and abandoned big cats.
The sanctuary began rescuing exotic cats on
Nov. 4, 1992. The non profit 501c3 sanctuary is
home to more than 100 exotic big cats. The cats
at Big Cat Rescue are here for a variety of
reasons, including: Abandoned by owners who
wrongly thought they would make good pets,
Abused by owners in order to force them to
perform, Retired from performing acts, Saved
from being slaughtered to make fur coats,
and Rescued as babies after hunters killed
their mothers
Big Cat Rescue has 14 species of cats, many of whom are threatened, endangered or extinct now in the wild, including: Tigers, Lions, Leopards, Cougars
Bobcats, Lynx, Servals, Ocelots, Caracals, Jungle Cats, Leopard Cats and a Geoffroy Cat

recycling center. If you have any used printer ink cartridges, or even old cell phones, digital cameras, video games, or PDAs - you can drop them off here for recycling. Redford Karate uses any funds made from recycling to buy new equipment and training mats for our do jang. Tang Soo!

At each new belt rank there is equipment that you will need to have. Below is a list by belt rank. These items can be purchased at the front counter. Any one of our equipment professionals can help you with sizing.
Our Little Ninjas program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving preschool-age children's basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. The program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. The Little Ninjas curriculum consists of developing 8 major skills that are neccessary for participation in any sport or activity. The class also contains 8 Little Ninjas personal development skills that are used to reinforce family values. Upon completion of our Little Ninjas program your child will become focused and motivated to achieve any goal they set in life! Boys and Girls alike have FUN and learn important skills. New sessions are now under way every Tuesday at 5pm and Saturday at 1pm.
