Cardio Kickboxing is a great class to work off those daily stressors and burn some calories. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student this class is for anyone 16 yrs. or older . You don’t have to be a karate student to join Cardio Kickboxing. If your karate student is in the Black Belt enrollment program, Mom and Dad can take Cardio Kickboxing at no charge.
